Oh yes. Let me update the event i ran last Saturday.


That faithful day, i ran 4x400m and 1500m was followed. It is disheartening to let the medal slip through our palm. Last year, we were so close (4th) and this year wasnt any better than last year. I did not blame the first runner, rather hasnt he ran for us, the team will not even be there! Nevermind, i am please with myself for the 4x400m.

1500m was interesting. The pace is literally sprinting. Tough of cos. Before the start of the race, we played some psychological battle. Hahaha. You must thinking what's that. We actually keep telling other this person has good stamina blah blah blah. Even during the race, i forced my most fearsome competitior to give up. Yes, i actually did something. Eh. Not something illegal or immoral hor.
