I was browsing BBC and i saw this news, click here. It was outrages and i feel for them. They may have did something wrong but amputating their legs or hands may be off the limit?
I had two events that i would like to share, but in installments. I had my confirmation yesterday. Okay, it turned out to be simple than i thought? Guess who came to anoint the oil for us? It's the archbishop! Click here if you don't know him.
I am suppose to reach the church by 1030am and guess what time did i reached? Tata, 1030am sharp! Dressed in white long-sleeve shirt and dark-colored jeans i think i look pretty good except for my 'pretty face' who spoilt the whole image. Then the others came, okay looks like some wedding occasion- black and white , formal clothing. But its a representation of respect to God.
Pair by pair, we walked down the aisle with joyful music playing as our background. The mass proceed as usual and when the turn for us to get anointed, i got abit anxious (afraid to forget my lines for my respond). Got anointed and went back to my seat. While waiting for others to finish, deep inside my heart i was saying
"Grandma, i've fulfilled what you have always wanted me to do".
