People! 26 more days to Christmas!


Today i went for training. Did interval with the objective- speed, on some uneven path. Perhaps i'm still in state of shock, i ran harder. Yes, i felt the extreme pain. It was very very painful. The grasp for more air is never enough to pay for the anaerobic style.And a price to pay for not training enough for the past many weeks. Well, as we step up our training we can expect tougher training with shorter break to bring up our fitness level. And it will be- tough!

Up next- Amazing Race on 5. It's always nice to see the world through this type of programme. And their current pit-stop is in Africa! It will be nice to see more about the countries. One of things i will do if i've the money is to vist Africa and perhaps some CIP? Africa by it's name remind you that they are poor etc. But do you know that they are the world biggest producer for some metals and they have awe-inspiring tourist attraction like Safari. Unfortunately they are hold down by some internal matters which prevented many possibilities.

And do you know that Africa can be a romantic place? Imagine taking stroll in a jeep in their Safari with your love one? And not to mention, their unblock sunset and many more!

Afterall Africa helps create my dream.
